About Us:
Jobletics Pro specializes in staffing skilled professionals in the hospitality and food service industries. We are currently seeking detail-oriented Cold Prep workers to join our team and support kitchen operations by preparing cold dishes and ingredients.
Position Overview:
As a Cold Prep worker, you will be responsible for preparing salads, sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, and other cold food items while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion cold food items, including salads, fruits, sandwiches, and dressings.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and tools.
- Follow all food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory and proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation preferred.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
