Bay State Deli Provisions, Inc., an authorized local purveyor of Boar's Head Brand products, is seeking a dependable, hardworking Delivery Route Driver / Merchandiser to join our team.
This position involves delivering premium deli meats, cheeses, and specialty food products to retail accounts throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Responsibilities include product delivery, merchandising, inventory rotation, and general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to retail customers.
- Check in orders with deli managers and inspect for damaged or distressed products.
- Properly rotate products in coolers, backrooms, and deli showcases.
- Stock, organize, and merchandise deli display cases.
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and assist with warehouse operations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience delivering perishable products to retail accounts preferred.
- Basic merchandising and warehouse experience a plus.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50–60 lbs. throughout the day.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available to start at 5:30 AM.
