Position Description
The Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system. This includes managing and maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and providing support to facility management teams. Key Responsibilities: o Operate and maintain the IWMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity o Manage and update facility data, including space, assets, and maintenance records o Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system o Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions o Provide technical support and training to facility management teams o Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues
Skills Required
o Basic AutoCAD proficiency o Basic REVIT proficiency a plus o Intermediate Excel proficiency required o Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
o Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards o Experience in facility management or a related field o Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
Experience Required
2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation, facility data management, facilities drafting or a related field.
Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) is highly desirable
Education Required
High School Diploma
Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
