Mariner Cafe is a busy cafe located on Main Street in Hyannis, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our team.
We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced kitchen, stay organized during busy service, and consistently produce high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes to our standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, maintains a clean and organized station, and can handle the demands of a busy cafe environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items consistently and efficiently
- Maintaining quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Working effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
6+ months experience in a restaurant or cafe kitchen is required.
