Your role will be performed remotely, allowing you the flexibility to integrate work into your life while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and frameworks, such as the DSM-5, to develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, continuously monitoring their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, to comply with regulatory standards and support inter-team communication.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to create customized treatment objectives that prioritize patient goals and safety.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and recommendations for patient care while ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.
- Coordinate patient referrals and facilitate connections with additional therapeutic resources, building strong professional relationships within the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
