Finance Manager Responsibilities:

- Lead the company’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support growth, profitability, and strategic decisions
- Evaluate performance across multiple locations and business operations
- Improve financial systems, controls, reporting, automation, and overall efficiency
- Build and develop an internal accounting team as the organization continues to grow

Finance Manager Qualifications:

- Strong accounting and finance experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or related industry experience strongly preferred

- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, analytical, and systems experience
