We conduct Kitchen remodeling projects for homeowners. We are seeking a part-time person to coordinate materials in our warehouse in preparation for the installations. You don’t need to be an expert in remodeling; a basic understanding of construction is sufficient. We will provide the necessary training.
WAREHOUSE Job Duties:
- Receiving material deliveries in our warehouse (off-loading trucks)
- Audit the material list and stage jobs in the warehouse for installer pick-up
- Manage inventory
- Coordinate shipping of materials
OFFICE Job Duties:
- Assist in placing orders with our various suppliers
- Conduct courtesy phone calls to customers to update them on their order status
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional phone skills
- Must be able to use computer to place orders and send emails
- Experience using email, smart phones, shared calendars and other technology
- Physically capable of moving materials in warehouse (use of pump jacks)
Job Type: Part-time
