Job Description

Responsibilities:

Setup and operate CNC lathes and/or milling including tooling, workholding, and machine offsets
Interpret complex drawings, GD&T, and 3D models to plan machining strategies.
Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding methods.
Perform first-article inspections and adjust offsets or tooling as needed.
Troubleshoot machining issues to ensure repeatable, high-quality results
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G/M code) directly at the control or through CAM systems
Part inspection and troubleshooting
Read and interpret blueprint and drawings
Knowledge of measuring tools such as: micrometers, calipers, indicators and gauges

Qualifications:

At least two years previous CNC milling and/or lathe machine experience
Programming experience is preferred
Able to use various inspection tools such as: verniers, micrometers, drop indicators
Able to read blueprints

Schedules available

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)
Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (2nd Shift)
Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (2nd shift)

Pay Structure

The pay is $28.00 an hour based on experience for operator level

The pay is $40.00 an hour based on experience for programming experience
