Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team.
This role involves precision spray painting of parts to meet strict customer and industry specifications.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Spray paint a variety of parts to close tolerances and specifications</li>
<li>Retrieve and prepare paints and materials from inventory</li>
<li>Clean and prepare surfaces prior to painting</li>
<li>Perform prep work including sanding, cleaning, and masking</li>
<li>Mix and prepare primers and paints</li>
<li>Apply coatings using spray guns and paint booths</li>
<li>Stencil parts using an airbrush</li>
<li>Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications</li>
<li>Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and job travelers</li>
<li>Maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and booths</li>
<li>Properly dispose of excess paint as hazardous waste</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of industrial spray painting experience</li>
<li>Experience with wet painting processes</li>
<li>Respirator trained</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality standards</li>
</ul>
Schedule
<ul>
<li>Monday through Friday</li>
<li>7:00 AM – 3:30 PM</li>
</ul>
Pay
<ul>
<li>Up to $28.00 per hour, based on experience</li>
</ul>
