Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices, and monitor progress regularly.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to foster resilience and drive client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, and psychologists, to create comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and industry trends.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, assisting them in understanding mental health conditions and navigating available resources.
