JOB SUMMARY:
This role is a hands-on position responsible for shipping 3D Product and cleaning / maintaining / unpacking 3D processors / printers.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Clean/Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment.
- Continuously inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective products.
- Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
- Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
- Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment type.
- Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
- Ensure production quality standards and outputs are met
- Report production information to the supervisor as requested.
- Always comply with the use of safety equipment and procedures.
- Always maintain a neat and clean work area.
- Other duties as business needs arise
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Abilities to read and write English
- Basic data entry(shipping/ERP systems)
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours.
- Effective communication.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
**1st Shift position (6am-2:30pm)
6:30am - 2:30pm
