Sign-On Bonus\n

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus for Vermont-certified Level III police officers

  • $7,500 sign-on bonus for Vermont-certified Level II police officers

Experienced Officer Hiring\n

Vermont-certified Level III officers are eligible for the $15,000 sign-on bonus and an accelerated hiring process. The process includes:

  • Psychological evaluation

  • Comprehensive background investigation
  • \n

Compensation\n


\n

$31.57–$45.99 per hour, depending on experience.
