Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Shift: M-F 8am – 5pm

Job Summary:
The focus of this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:

Provide accurate and on-times quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing/contract pricing/special pricing).
Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service
Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
Order entry and change order/ schedule management.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.
Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Other related administrative and customer service duties as required.
Process expedites requests with the planning team.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management, sense of urgency and follow-through skills.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a faced paced, high-pressure and results oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
1-3 years’ experience.
