Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product information within a product information management system
- Review product records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Organize, tag, and maintain image and media assets within internal systems
- Upload and associate images and media with product records
- Perform basic image adjustments using provided tools and guidelines
- Assist with very simple short video updates when needed, using templates or instructions
- Navigate customer web portals to create, update, or verify product listings
- Monitor online product listings for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Experience working in web based systems such as ERP, CMS
- Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
The pay is up to $23.00 an hour
