2nd Shift CNC Team Lead
- Direct Hire Opportunity!
- Up to $38/hr., DOE
- Hudson, NH
- Monday – Thursday; 3:30pm – 2:00am
- 2 positions available: Swiss Area (overseeing 6 people with Citizen and Star type machines) and CNC Lathe (overseeing 2 people now but will be growing to ~8; Eurotech, Miyano and Okuma mill-turn machines)

Duties:
• Work with 1st Shift Team Lead(s) and the Production Manager to understand goals and workload before the start of each shift.
• Delegate tasks, set and communicate deadlines, and oversee day-to-day operations for your area.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery while assisting the team with troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor team performance and set clear goals and expectations.
• Answer team member questions, help resolve team member problems, and oversee work for quality and guideline compliance.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate best practices and continuing expectations.
• Listen to team member feedback and resolve issues or conflicts, escalating to HR when appropriate.
• Ensure company products and physical workspaces meet company presentation standards.
• Assist management with hiring process and new team member training.
What we look for:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficient CNC machining, operation, and setup experience; Citizen, Star, Eurotech, Miyano, or Okuma experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but will train the right Machinist ready to take the next step!
• Strong teamwork, time management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and loud noise. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
