Looking for a Part Time Refrigeration Contract Supervisor in the Newton, MA area. $55-70/hr to start, 40 hours per MONTH minimum to start.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and guide technical personnel to ensure proper installation, service, and safety
standards. - Assist with hiring, onboarding, and supervising field technicians.
- Review and approve refrigeration-related work, permits, and documentation.
- Support management in expanding refrigeration and HVAC service lines.
- Provide technical expertise on system design, code requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and perform onsite work as needed.
Will need:
- Active Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor license
- Active driver license
- Pass background check
