Position: Facilities, Environmental & Shipping Associate
Location: Nashua, NH
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters is in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized associate to support our Facilities, Shipping, and Environmental departments to help support daily operations. This role is responsible for handling inventory, maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support ISO 14001 program and initiatives for the Nashua location.
- Support scrap program for both hazardous and nonhazardous items.
- Assist with routine facility maintenance tasks (e.g., work with contactors, minor repairs, inspections).
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (UPS FEDEX and DHL).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Work with the warehouse and plant management to clean and organize the Nashua facility as needed..
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or facility experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.
