This role is fully remote, allowing our therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients through a secure digital platform. The remote setting also provides flexibility, with the expectation of some evening and weekend hours to best meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and support systems, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that outline clearly defined goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each client's care.
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops that empower clients with coping strategies and foster community support.
- Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during critical situations.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and case management strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
