Warehouse Loader – Second Shift
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Rate: $21.60/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – Finish
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Loaders to join our team in Franklin, MA. This position involves loading and unloading products, moving pallets, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have previous experience operating a double pallet jack and be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products, materials, and merchandise from trucks and trailers.
- Operate a double pallet jack to move multiple pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Move, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse areas.
- Prepare shipments and ensure products are properly loaded and secured.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing materials.
- Follow loading instructions and maintain accurate product placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a double pallet jack is required.
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must be available to work second shift, starting at 2:30 PM.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Repetitive bending, reaching, and standing.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle heavy materials.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse and shipping/receiving environment.
- Physically demanding position.
- Work around loading docks, trucks, pallets, and warehouse equipment.
