INTEGRA Biosciences is a global leader in innovative liquid handling solutions for the medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries. We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician III to support our injection molding and automation operations on 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).
What You'll Do
- Install and remove molds including hot-runner systems
- Perform full automation changeovers (Sailor 96/384, EOA tooling)
- Troubleshoot molding processes, automation, robotics, and controls
- Perform roll changes on bagging machines and qualification tests (leak test)
- Optimize processes for quality and cycle time improvements
- Provide real-time feedback to Manufacturing Engineering
- Support introduction of new equipment/processes during development transfer
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, get support from engineers as required
- Mentor and guide less-experienced team members
- Maintain high-level housekeeping, safety awareness, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of manufacturing or process technician experience
- Injection molding experience required
- Experience with automation, robotics, and troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
