Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' psychological and emotional needs through virtual meetings.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs and goals of clients in collaboration with them.
- Provide evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client growth and healing.
- Engage in regular supervision and continued education opportunities to enhance your professional skills and stay updated with best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the overall organizational goals by participating in team meetings and collaborating on initiatives that promote client engagement and retention.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need, ensuring they have access to proper care and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be working with adults aged 18 and older, which includes a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to support individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and Men's mental health, while preferred, is not mandatory but will certainly enrich your client interactions and therapeutic effectiveness.
Qualifications\n

- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Active and maintain professional malpractice insurance to ensure client safety and compliance.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients and working with minority and diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
