RETAIL PROMOTIONS

We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Consultant to join our Boston-area retail promotions team. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations, representing energy services and helping customers understand available plans, promotions, and options.
This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused environment who wants to break into professional sales.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
- Represent and promote energy services and current offers
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
- Explain available services, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition
Compensation
This position provides a base salary, with the opportunity to increase your total earnings through:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Sales commission
- Additional performance incentives

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We’re looking for individuals who are:
