WE’RE HIRING! | Third Shift Shelter Staff

Are you a night owl who wants to do work that truly matters? Join Waypoint’s youth shelter team and help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for young people during the overnight hours.

Full-Time | 40 hours/week
11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
$21.50/hour + shift differential

In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with youth and young adults, provide overnight support, respond to needs and crises, help with morning routines and breakfast, and make sure young people start their day feeling safe, respected, and supported.

You’ll be part of a team that believes in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, Positive Youth Development, and meeting young people where they are.
