Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive view of their situations.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues—psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals—to develop integrated treatment plans that prioritize each client's unique needs.
- Implement individualized treatment goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring safety and immediate support for clients in distress.
- Keep accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes according to ethical and legal standards.
- Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes, fostering an inclusive environment where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies.
- Engage in ongoing evaluation and revision of treatment modalities and personal practice to enhance effectiveness and adapt to emerging best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
