French Press Bakery & Cafe in Needham, MA is looking for a barista/customer service team member who is available during the late-morning to late afternoon shift. Ideally we are seeking a person who can work 32-40 hours a week and would be open only to part-time for an exceptional candidate. We are located on 74 Chapel Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Sell our in-house made croissants, pastries, desserts, and sandwiches
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Availability for mornings and afternoons
