Oriol Health Care is in search of an Executive Assistant to work closely with the President/CEO. The role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week from either 9:00am - 3:30pm.

The pay range for this position: $19 - $20 an hour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Conducting research and compiling data for reports
  • Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational: Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mid- to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Proficient in creating financial reports and coordinating efforts.
  • Skilled in event planning and material development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Able to organize and manage files, tasks, schedules, and information efficiently.
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about new projects.
  • Comfortable in both leadership and team-player roles.
  • Able to handle clerical duties, answer calls, maintain files, and organize documents.
