Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through virtual platforms, effectively identifying patients' emotional, social, and financial needs to develop personalized care plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling to patients focusing on issues such as adjustment struggles, grief, and coping mechanisms, ensuring each session is tailored to their unique situation.
- Coordinate with community organizations and resources, crafting seamless post-discharge support plans that ensure continuity of care for patients transitioning out of our detox program.
- Deliver crisis intervention services to patients in high-stress situations, helping them to navigate immediate challenges and stabilize their mental health.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to optimize treatment outcomes and enhance patient experiences during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

- Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
