Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and in the community.
- Conduct thorough assessments through evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized care plans tailored to the needs and requests of clients.
- Implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring appropriate safety measures are enacted.
- Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the ongoing monitoring and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of treatment documentation and reports to enhance transparency and accountability in patient care.
- Provide on-call coverage as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to availability and responsiveness to client needs.
