POSITION OVERVIEW

• Review of quarterly NAVs and capital reporting to investors.

\n

• Review quarterly financial statements, management fee and carry calculations, as well as other deliverables for investor reporting.

\n

• Manage year-end audit process with outside accountants and facilitate related requests.

\n

• Manage third party fund administrator on all aspects of reporting/operations.

\n

• Oversight of cash availability and fund flows.

\n

• Work with deal staff and CFO to assist in the preparation of quarterly portfolio company valuations & prepare summarized data for the Valuation Committee.

\n

• Respond to requests and inquiries of limited partners and their representatives.

\n

• Review and analyze portfolio company financials in preparation for quarterly portfolio review meetings

\n

• Work with Investor Relations in preparation of presentation materials, information posted to investor website, DD requests and fundraising documents.

\n

• Analysis of various fund activities to ensure compliance with partnership agreements.

\n

• Work with the Finance team and CFO on projects to enhance the product of the team, department and firm.

\n

• Other ad hoc responsibilities.

\n

\n

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• 10+ years’ experience at an Investment Advisor and/or public accounting role preferred. Private and public exposure a plus.

\n

\n

\n
1. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail.

\n

2. Creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment.

\n

3. Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels.

\n

4. Team player.

\n

EDUCATION

\n

\n
• Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.

\n

• Major in accounting, finance or related degree required preferred.

\n

• CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification a plus.

\n

\n

\n

• Small, collaborative team consisting of:

• 3 consultants

\n

What They're Looking For

\n

\n
• Strong fund finance experience is the top priority.

\n

• Must be highly proficient with Excel.

\n

• Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools (specific platform isn't important, but they want to know which ones they’ve worked with —any AI experience is a plus).

\n

• Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

\n

• Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and can operate as a high performer ("superstar") with minimal hand-holding.

\n

• This should be a ‘consultant’ level person – if they need more pay rate, please propose and we can send it over to see what they say.

Ideal Candidate

• The hiring manager would ideally like someone who can grow internally over time, but relevant fund finance experience outweighs internal promotion potential. They are willing to prioritize experience over other factors. They also need to be willing to work in high pressure environments that prioritize tight deadlines.
