Your Role
As a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager, you’ll be part of the firm’s management team as well as own client relationships, specializing in high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee individual income, trust and estate income tax compliance and planning.
- Review complex tax returns, including hedge fund/VC/PE K-1s and international reporting.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and analyze complex tax issues.
- Mentor and develop staff, while contributing to and leading firm-wide initiatives.
- Be the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellence in communication and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- CPA or EA designation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with high-net-worth individual taxation and trust/estate work.
- A proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Hybrid work is available for the right candidate.
