The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the foodservice or hospitality world, loves building relationships, and thrives on closing business through creativity and hustle.

As a 4Top sales rep, you’ll manage a defined New England territory, represent a portfolio of industry-leading manufacturers, and have the support of a company that believes in teamwork, integrity, and personal growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with dealers, consultants, and key end users across the territory.
  • Represent our portfolio of leading hospitality and foodservice manufacturers with confidence and professionalism.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations (virtual or in-person).
  • Work closely with the 4Top team and manufacturers to strategize and execute territory sales plans.
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and competitive insights.
  • Attend regional trade shows, training events, and client visits (travel required throughout New England).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (hospitality, foodservice, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong relationship builder — confident, organized, and genuinely curious about your customers’ needs.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across New England for customer visits, trainings, and events.
  • A positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
