Job DescriptionAssembler 1 - 2nd Shift

Join our team as an Assembler 1 in Wilmington, MA, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing units in the Sensor Department. This company is known for its commitment to innovation and quality in the electronics industry.

Shift of the Assembler 1:
2:30pm - 11pm, M-F (2nd Shift)

Pay Rate of the Assembler 1:
$20/hr + 10% Shift Differential = $22/hr
$20/hr + 20% Shift Differential = $24/HR

Responsibilities of the Assembler 1:

• Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• May be responsible for testing equipment and products.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications of the Assembler 1:

• 0-1 years of job-related work experience.
• Experience with Windows-based computers is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
