Office Manager
Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join their busy Boston office. This role ensures the seamless operation of the corporate workspace, supporting the team with administrative excellence and facilitating a productive, welcoming environment. Compensation:
$45K - $60K

Responsibilities:
- Direct daily office activities, managing supplies, equipment, and overall facilities.
- Act as the main contact for vendors, service providers, and property management teams.
- Create strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the office.
- Maintain and oversee cleanliness of communal spaces, kitchen, and conference rooms.
- Welcome visitors, employees, and occasionally residents, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with the Administration Team to organize onsite meetings, including setup, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, including sorting, scanning, and forwarding.
- Oversee and operate the company’s mailing services, including sending certified mail.
- Keep inventory of office supplies and food stock, reordering as necessary.
- Use online reservation systems to coordinate meeting rooms and workspace bookings.
- Partner with departments to properly dispose of outdated documents and equipment.
- Support the Administration Team with overflow tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience; internships and related roles welcomed.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational talents, with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, a sense of urgency, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating office logistics, including mail, supplies, and meeting arrangements.
- Must be comfortable stocking supplies regularly and managing mail duties.
- Massachusetts Notary Public certification is a significant plus.
- Willingness to work five days onsite in the Boston office.
