Anthony Vanaria & Sons, Inc., in Waltham, is looking for a ENTRY LEVEL, PART TIME, Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm, Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Primary functions are preparing invoices, contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, mailing/emailing of statements, reconcile accounts as needed, posting/processing payments as it relates to the landscape, trucking, mason and irrigation divisions.
Essential functions are heavy telephone and computer use, preparation of proposals and contracts, maintaining updated files, bank deposits, filing claims and assisting in daily office tasks as assigned.
Skill set includes: Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Office/Word/Excel, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
