Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on Production Technicians. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with flexible scheduling options.
Position: Production Technician
Shift: 1st Shift – Flexible start times (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay: $19.64/hour
Location: Milford, NH
Summary:
We are looking for detail-oriented Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations including testing, inspection, and packaging of finished products. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform testing, inspection, and packaging of products according to established procedures
- Operate various testing equipment and systems to ensure product performance and quality
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and material lists to complete assigned tasks
- Accurately complete ERP transactions and maintain production records
- Identify and report any quality or process issues to leadership
- Prepare materials for production and verify components are correct for each job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support cross-functional teams and assist in training as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or testing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Comfortable working with testing equipment and following technical instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay Details: $19.64 per hour
