Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and Italian cuisine
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Handle multiple tables and priorities while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
