Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
- Offer evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, outlining specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated client care.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, alongside risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety.
- Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that foster community and shared learning.
