Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

<li>3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and verifying information</li>
\n
<li>Wiring payments</li>
\n
<li>Collaborate with AP supervisor and team to continually refine AP workflow </li>
\n
<li>Adapt to evolving volume demands and support broader finance initiatives as needed</li>
\n
<li>Assisting with month-end close as necessary</li>
\n</ul>
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:\n \n
<ul>\n
<li>2+ years' experience in an accounts payable role</li>
\n
<li>Detail-oriented and collaborative communication skills</li>
\n</ul>
Salary Range: $50,000 - 54,000\n \n \n#INAUG2026
