Job Description
Provide efficient and accurate clerical support to a large number of professional staff, also time management is vital in the role.
- Utilize Word and Excel Microsoft Office Applications with accuracy
- Perform accurate typing, word processing and/or data entry
- Serve as receptionist, greet clients and visitors; answer telephone calls; refer clients and visitors to appropriate department staff when needed.
- Provide administrative /clerical support routinely or for projects as assigned
- Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs and services.
- Assist with processing mail and fax as necessary.
- Assist staff by entering information into the iFamilyNet system including iFamilyNet searches.
- Assist in the support of the Area Management Team as needed.
- Other related duties as assigned
