We are looking for a supervisor for the Lathe Department. It would be a working supervisory position, so the person needs to have hands-on experience and be able to mentor and assist employees. The role would involve scheduling to make sure machines are being optimized and the work is flowing according to the master schedule. We want a someone who can attack this role from a process perspective to utilize both human and machine capital to the maximum benefit.
Minimum hours required would be M-F 5:30AM – 3:00PM. This would be an hourly position in the range of $30-$40/hr.
