Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resort accommodations, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and inviting environment. Your dedication will help create memorable stays for families and individuals alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces spotless and safe.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed during cleaning routines to promote guest safety and hygiene.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest needs.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the resort’s high standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment efficiently.
- Experience with janitorial supplies management and maintaining cleanliness protocols.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus for those interested in advancing within the role.
