Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide order processing, CRM management, and administrative support within the veterinary industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and updates on sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in CRM and order management systems.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and market trends to better assist customers.
• Process customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming sales calls, address customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders.

Qualifications/Must-Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sales support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
• Familiarity with veterinary products and veterinary practice management systems (e.g., EzyVet, IDEXX Neo)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in veterinary or related healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of automated client communication tools.
• Prior experience generating sales reports and supporting marketing campaigns.

Technical Tools:

• Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
• CRM software (HubSpot or equivalent) for sales tracking and data management.
• Veterinary practice management software (EzyVet, IDEXX Neo) for order processing and customer support.
