Currently Seeking a Laser Machine Operator in Attleboro for a full-time temporary to permanent position.
Responsibilities of Laser Machine Operator:
- Operate Laser Trim machines in order to trim final electrical values of resistors, attenuators and circuits.
- Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, electrical testing, and maintaining laser machines.
- Complete work accurately by following written instructions and adhere to required safety rules.
- Must be able to learn new products quickly, work independently and be highly motivated.
- Operator will be under supervision of experienced personnel.
Requirements of Laser Machine Operator:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required and technical understanding.
- 1+ years of machine operation and microscope experience, and understanding of measurement tools.
- Laser Trim experience preferred.
- Experience with prints/specifications and work instructions.
- Basic understanding of electrical properties and previous use of multimeters preferred.
- Ability to perform work under a microscope and able to identify defects.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
- Must be able to learn new products quickly, accomplish goals, work independently and be highly motivated.
- Attention to detail is critical for this role.
Hours: 6:0am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hr based on experience
