Join us at our Raynham, MA site, where you will play a crucial role in building a proactive EHS culture. As a key member of our team, you will influence decision-making and promote cross-site initiatives, teamwork, and collaboration across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of EHS performance and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide technical support for EHS programs including warehouse safety, machine safety, industrial hygiene, and emergency preparedness.
- Partner with local management to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for EHS program deficiencies.
- Conduct ergonomic and machine safety risk assessments, and develop job safety analyses.
- Support incident investigations and conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver EHS training and support projects that reduce risk for Serious Injury Fatality (SIF) events.
- Provide day-to-day support for the site's Medical Emergency Response Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related EHS work experience.
- Experience with Chemical Management, Change Control, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response.
- Ability to oversee and manage EHS projects and interpret complex regulatory issues.
- Proficient in MS SharePoint and MS Office software programs.
Preferences:
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing, laboratory, or office environment.
- Technical knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Project management skills and experience in diverse EHS areas.
- Certifications in CIH, CHMM, CSP, and/or ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor.
