Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
- Paid biweekly
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
Schedule
There are 2 shift options available:
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights
- Contract assignment with potential for permanent hire
- Start date: April 27, 2026
- Location: Milford, MA
- Work setting: Onsite

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment
- Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner
- Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts
- Restock pharmacy picking areas
- Retrieve shipping documents and labels for order picking
- Assist with packing and shipping medications
- Track shipped packages and report delivery issues
- Organize daily shipping reports for management review
- Receive non-pharmaceutical items through the back dock
- Assist with purchase orders, inventory receiving, and inventory reconciliation
- Help manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods under pharmacist supervision
- Use internal computer systems along with Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work onsite in Milford, MA
- Ability to work one of the listed schedules
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, turn, reach, and walk throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to use a 10-key keypad
- Typing speed of 20 WPM preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Data entry experience
- Pharmacy environment experience
- Experience with packing and shipping using national carriers
- Pallet jack experience
- Comfort learning new computer systems and software
