Utility Solder Associate
Shift: 1st, Mon-Fri (7:00am – 3:30pm)

• This "soldering" is not like regular soldering, more of an assembly role
• They will be using glue/epoxy to put pins/clips on metal casings and then put into the oven to heat treat/harden
• Any manufacturing experience can be applicable - targeting assembly/machine operation experience

Job Summary:
The Solder Utility Operator must be able to perform manufacturing operations and assembly tasks predetermined by the solder department supervisor.

Responsibilities:
Using hand/power tools to assemble metal components
Placing pins/clips and using epoxy or glue to “solder” pieces to metal casings
Following manufacturing work instructions to complete processes

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of manufacturing experience (small part assembly preferred)
Excellent hand and eye coordination.
Ability to read work tickets, good written and verbal communication.
