The Closing Executive role combines business development, relationship management, and real estate closing execution. This is a client-facing position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and referral partners while delivering a professional and efficient closing experience.
Accurate Title has been serving clients for over 40 years and is part of a growing New England platform alongside Touchstone Closing. The organization supports real estate professionals across New Hampshire and Massachusetts, allowing transactions to move seamlessly across state lines while preserving the relationships that drive the business.
Closing Executives are expected to generate and maintain business through consistent outreach, networking, and relationship management. At the same time, they play a hands-on role in conducting residential real estate closings, ensuring documents are properly executed and that clients receive a smooth and professional experience.
Responsibilities include developing and strengthening referral relationships, supporting marketing and client engagement efforts, facilitating residential real estate closings, and maintaining clear communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents throughout the transaction process.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are critical, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in real estate, title, or mortgage is preferred. A valid drivers license and the ability to travel to closing locations is required.
