Responsibilities
Meet with community members in our Barre office to discuss their specific protection needs and long-term goals.
Analyze current policies and identify coverage gaps to ensure our clients feel truly secure.
Cultivate a local network of individuals and small business owners who value personalized guidance.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help clients understand their options without the confusing technical jargon.
Manage your own calendar and daily workflows to ensure every client inquiry receives timely and thoughtful attention.
Participate in local community events to represent our agency values and keep a pulse on the needs of our neighbors.
Requirements
Vermont Producer License in Life, Health, or Property & Casualty.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software.
A genuine desire to help community members navigate complex insurance decisions.
Strong organizational habits and a detail-oriented approach to your daily schedule.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on building long-term rapport.
