Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via online platforms, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required for this position.

  • An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is essential.

  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, particularly within substance use or mental health settings.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in case assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
