A rapidly growing cardiology Medical Device organization is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead growth across Massachusetts.
This is a field-based role focused on building new business and developing long-term partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and clinical stakeholders. The company is known for delivering innovative cardiac solutions that improve patient outcomes and support clinicians in their daily practice.
Territory Manager:
Skills & Experience:
- Own and grow the Massachusetts territory
- Develop strong, face-to-face relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare leaders
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts
- Represent a highly respected and fast-growing organization in the cardiology space
- 5-10 years of sales experience (cardiology, medtech, or healthcare technology preferred)
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Relationship-led, consultative sales approach
- Comfortable traveling 4-5 days per week
- Existing network in the cardiology space
- Hunter mindset and mentality
